- (1) B-Complex - 1 tab
daily. Tak perlu ambil acid folic separately, because
this B-Complex dah lengkap dgn 8 kumpulan B, termasuklah asid folik.
- (2) Vita-Lea with Iron - 1
tab daily. Vita-Lea nie is a multivitamin. So, bila dah ambil nie tak
perlu ambil Obimin ya.
- (3) Vit-C - 1 tab daily.

reduce stretch mark effect.
- (4) OsteMatrix - 4 tab
daily, will give you 1000mg calcium needed daily. Setiap satu tab ada
250mg Calcium. Ibu mengandung perlukan 1000mg-1300mg calcium sehari untuk
pembentukan tulang yg kuat & gigi utk baby. Jika minum susu penuh
kalsium segelas sehari, ambil 2 biji OsteMatrix sehari pon mencukupi.
